At the age of 23, her father gave her the “Incredible Hawk“, which is supposed to be 1000 years old, as her birthday present. One day, she was late to office. She used Kung Fu to climb up the building and this was discovered by Dragon. Phoebe thought he must be her “Mr. Right”. A Kung Fu traitor, White Eyebrows, intended to acquire the wealth from Mr. Law. He went to kill Dragon because Dragon knew his plots. Phoebe and her father rescued Dragon and went to Cloud Mountain.
